I want to thank Dr. Bollinger, and her program for helping change my life. In fact, I would like to thank her for saving my life. After a couple of years of being in a different treatment program run by a constantly changing staff I felt little more than fear and intimidation, I knew there had to be a better way to learn what made me tick. Treatment offered the hope of self improvement, - and who wouldn’t want to improve? – but at the program I was in, all I felt was hopeless.

I had heard rumors of a program that treated clients with compassion and respect, while guiding them out of the shadows of guilt and the whole spectrum of stinking thinking. I found Dr. Bollinger and a group of people like me. Some of them had voluntarily been in group for long after they were required to. I joined the group and at long last, I found people who knew how I felt – people who had been there and done that, just like I had. I found a group led by a compassionate, intelligent and truly caring professional who was committed to my success. I had found the place I needed to be to heal from a devastating childhood, and many years of bad thinking.
